More reliable desktop startup

The packaged desktop app now loads its built-in interface independently from the local service and shows a recoverable startup error instead of an empty window.

  • The packaged desktop app now loads its built-in interface independently from the local service and shows a recoverable startup error instead of an empty window.
  • On the first updated launch, existing projects and settings move safely to the new interface origin through a transactional SQLite snapshot; provider secrets remain in Keychain.
  • The local desktop API now requires a random per-launch session token, while the future mobile target is compile-gated from Node, FFmpeg, FFprobe, the updater, and desktop permissions.
  • The desktop app and website now use the same blue M icon.
  • The unreleased iPhone target now uses a dedicated touch workspace while sharing application state with desktop; AI, export, and local Ollama surfaces remain hidden until their iOS capabilities are verified.
  • The unreleased iPhone workspace is now portrait-only, keeps the preview at a stable size, opens quick settings in a full-height side panel, and shows fullscreen cards edge to edge.
  • The unreleased iPhone workspace now aligns settings to one 16-point grid, extends fullscreen-card backgrounds beneath system safe areas while keeping controls inside them, and stops the full Play document from scrolling; Source and Settings content can still scroll internally.
  • The unreleased iPhone workspace now keeps long settings actions inside their cards, uses smaller grid-aligned preview arrows without reducing their touch targets, and centres a compact playback bar sized to its controls.
  • Apple-platform ergonomics now include 44-point controls in the unreleased iPhone workspace, accessible modal focus, higher-contrast actions, a compact macOS toolbar, and the standard Settings command.
