Most app data stays on your device. The website processes information for registration, account access, licensing, security and support. In builds with telemetry, you can separately opt in to limited daily summaries to help improve Memoxy; sharing is off by default.

Help improve Memoxy by sharing daily summaries of useful sessions, returns, set creation, playback, speech, exports and structured error codes with approximate durations.
Summaries include the app version/build, platform, OS major version and broad settings: theme, text size, whether the design was changed, translation speech and playback speed category.
A random identifier is created after you agree. It is not connected to your account or email. It links summaries from this installation, so the data is pseudonymous rather than anonymous.
Texts, set names, files, audio, images, AI requests, provider responses, keys and passwords are excluded. Data is used by Memoxy for product improvement, without advertising or data brokers.
Daily summaries are kept for 35 calendar days. The server record for the identifier is deleted after 35 days without incoming summaries. The local queue is limited to 7 days.
Switching this off stops collection, clears unsent summaries and requests deletion of this installation’s server records. If offline, the deletion request is retried when connected. A revocation hash is kept for up to 35 days to block late requests.
Cards, saved sets, settings and AI request history are stored on your device. You can edit or delete saved sets and clear the AI request history. Memoxy may reuse locally stored speech audio when the text, voice and speech settings have not changed.
When you register for Advanced, the website stores your email address, selected role and use case, your feedback permission and the registration time. The account also stores sign-in tokens, licence records and identifiers and recent activity for devices using the licence. This information is used to provide account access, issue and protect the activation code and prevent simultaneous use beyond the stated device rule.
Memoxy stores account and licence data in its own PostgreSQL database on a Hostinger VPS, uses Resend to deliver account emails and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect public forms from abuse. Turnstile may process network and browser information, including the IP address, as part of its security check. App material is sent to an external AI or text-to-speech service only after you connect and select that service in Memoxy. The website and telemetry proxy run on Hostinger; the telemetry receiver runs on a Hostinger VPS. These hosting providers process network metadata, including IP addresses, to deliver, operate and protect the service. IP addresses are not included in our daily usage summaries.
The website uses an essential language cookie for up to one year to remember your selected locale and an essential signed session cookie to keep you signed in for up to seven days. Your acknowledgement of the cookie notice is stored locally in your browser. These mechanisms are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
One-time sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Account, registration and licence records are retained while they are needed to operate the beta, provide your account and licence, protect the service and meet applicable obligations.
