Most app data stays on your Mac. The website processes only the information needed for registration, account access, licensing, security and support.
Cards, saved sets, settings and AI request history are stored on your Mac. You can edit or delete saved sets and clear the AI request history. Memoxy may reuse locally stored speech audio when the text, voice and speech settings have not changed.
When you register for Advanced, the website stores your email address, selected role and use case, your feedback permission and the registration time. The account also stores sign-in tokens, licence records and identifiers and recent activity for devices using the licence. This information is used to provide account access, issue and protect the activation code and prevent simultaneous use beyond the stated device rule.
Memoxy uses Supabase to store account and licence data, Resend to deliver account emails and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect public forms from abuse. Turnstile may process network and browser information, including the IP address, as part of its security check. App material is sent to an external AI or text-to-speech service only after you connect and select that service in Memoxy.
The website uses an essential language cookie for up to one year to remember your selected locale and an essential signed session cookie to keep you signed in for up to seven days. Your acknowledgement of the cookie notice is stored locally in your browser. These mechanisms are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
One-time sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Account, registration and licence records are retained while they are needed to operate the beta, provide your account and licence, protect the service and meet applicable obligations.
